This error can be caused by old stored cookies.  To resolve the issue:

Fire Fox

  1. Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > In the Offline Web Content & User Data section click on Clear Now.
  2. Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies:  Click the Show Cookies button.
  3. In the search field at the top type in: sellersourcebook.
  4. Delete all of the cookies found that match sellersourcebook.
  5. Close all open Fire Fox windows.
  6. Open a new Fire Fox window and type in our website address www.sellersourcebook.com (do not use a bookmark, icon, favorites or link from search page)
  7. Click on log in and then enter your log in information.

 

Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings. (link at the bottom of the page)
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
  5. Click on All cookies and site data.
  6. In the search field at the top type in: sellersourcebook.
  7. Hover over the cookies shown and click on the X to the right of the cookie to delete them.
  8. Click on Done to close the Cookies and Site Date window.
  9. Click on Done to close the Content Settings window.
  10. Close all open Chrome windows.
  11. Open a new Chrome window and type in our website address www.sellersourcebook.com (do not use a bookmark, icon, favorites or link from search page)
  12. Click on log in and then enter your log in information.
