18.4. Can I insure items I sold off-eBay?

Our Insurance Policy does not cover purchases that were made off-eBay. There must be a corresponding eBay transaction and the item must have originated via the SSB Listing Launcher at this time.

Please always check the SSB Sold view to be sure there's an entry there before making the decision to purchase the insurance through SSB's insurance service.
