If you print postage electronically, via Endicia or Stamps.com for example, Delivery Confirmation is only $0.18-$0.19 for First Class mail, and free for Priority Mail. When printing postage at eBay/Paypal, Delivery Confirmation is free for First Class and Priority packages.
