Home → FAQs → Subscription → How do I add an SSB shortcut to Windows Desktop?
You can create a shortcut to SSB on your Windows Desktop.
Windows 7 through 11:
Highlight and Copy the URL written below:
https://www.sellersourcebook.com/
Right-click on your Desktop and select New and then Shortcut.
Paste the URL in the location field and click on Next. Give the shortcut a name, then click on Finish.
An icon should appear. From now on, you should be able to double-click on this icon to reach our site.
If you wish to rename your shortcut, just right-click on it and select the Rename option. A space will open below the icon. Type "SSB" (or whatever you wish to name it), then hit the Enter or Return key on your keyboard.
How to make a website shortcut open in a specific browser:
By default, a shortcut with only a URL for the location will open in your default internet browser. If you have multiple browsers, and want the shortcut to always open in a specific browser, no matter what browser is set as the default, you'll need to enter some extra text before the URL. This text may vary depending on your computer, but the following examples should apply in most cases.
Microsoft Edge:
%windir%\explorer.exe microsoft-edge:https://www.sellersourcebook.com
Google Chrome:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe https://www.sellersourcebook.com
Mozilla Firefox:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe https://www.sellersourcebook.com
