Home → Your SSB Account → Billing → Renew subscription canceled by PayPal
We have seen where PayPal will automatically cancel a subscription if your credit card has expired or if you have changed/removed a credit card or bank account on file. As you can imagine this has caused problems for subscribers that did not wish to cancel their accounts but were canceled inadvertently by PayPal.
We can get your account renewed so that is the good news. The bad news is PayPal will not let us go in and reopen a subscription ourselves; they require that a renewal comes in.
Please go to the following page on SSB and login with your user name and password:

On the next screen choose the subscription you would like from the drop down menu and then click the order button. You will then be taken to PayPal to make the subscription payment. Once this has been done your account is all renewed. Please contact our help desk when you have completed the renewal process so a refund for any paid time remaining can be sent to you via PayPal.
